Registration Reminders
Registration will be processed only with payment – check, money order or credit card information must accompany a mailed registration.

Refunds/Cancellations/Substitutions
Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by 25th September. All refunds will be subject to a $50 USD processing fee.
Cancellations received after 25th September, 2012 and "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be made by notifying the conference registrar in writing or in person at the registration desk.
